Free Clinics:
Each morning, Monday through Friday, one of our instructors will conduct Windsurf Technique Seminars. These clinics are free to Vela guests. We charge a nominal fee to non-Vela guests. Check with any of the
Vela employees for seminar times.
One day per week we video tape our guests and offer instructional video review which is shown and analyzed by one of our instructors. Ask the staff for show times and smile for the camera!
If you seek additional
instruction, we offer both private and group lessons
by our experienced, certified instructors.
Beginner
Private/group $60 for vela guests and $70 for non-vela guests - the lesson is 2 hours.
Waterstart
Private $80 for vela guests and $90 for non-vela guests - 2 hours
Waterstart Float
Only for those who have had a waterstart lesson. $35 - 30 minutes (usually it's one or two floats starting at the upwind flag and ending up at the downwind flag)
Advanced Private - Stance, Jibe, Harness, Freestyle...
$80 vela guests and $90 non-vela guests / group $70 each - 2hours
