The Itinerary
So you want to get a sense of what you expect during this amazing event? Wake up aboard you yacht and share breakfast in the cockpit with your shipmates. Competitors go ashore for the daily skippers meeting, then prepare for the day’s race. The fleet will re-locate to a new island in the morning, so help sail the boat or just relax as the captain handles things. Lunch is served ashore on a beautiful beach. Afternoon activities include swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, or just relaxing. By late afternoon the fleet will have moved to wherever we are spending the night, with dinner served at 7:30pm: so come ashore ready to eat and dance!
The itinerary below will provide a guide that is designed to get you so excited about the event that you will quickly register: note that there will be changes for logistics reasons, and perhaps due to weather conditions, which helps to ensure that this will ultimately become a one of a kind vacation that you won't want to miss out on. As anyone who has had a HIHO experience always says... "You simply HAVE to do this trip at least once in your lifetime!"
