All posadas are located on the main island of Gran Roque, about 10 minutes by boat from the Vela Los Roques Windsurf Center. Private guest-house posadas are available from simple and clean to deluxe with A/C and hot showers ... most of the time. Remember, in Los Roques you are stepping into another world.

Posada La Gaviota: Providing the ideal home base for your adventures in Los Roques, our favorite deluxe posada is on the oceanfront. Each room has A/C, ceiling fan, and private bath with shower. Packages include all meals and excursions each day to get to the neighboring islands, including Francisqui where the Vela Los Roques Windsurf Center and Dare2Fly Kite school are located. Posada La Terraza: Located a short 20 yards from the beach in Gran Roque and a neighbor to Posada La Gaviota. The house was designed by German architect and sculptor Steve George, and who has been involved artistically in every detail. It is an open-house built in the Mediterranean style with an open design that allows constant ventilation and of air-circulation.

Posada Movida: This great option has 6 beautiful Double rooms all with A/C, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. Located a few blocks inside the small village, this has remained a fantastic option for our guests hoping to experience Los Roques for less. All-inclusive program booked with Vela comes with 3 meals daily plus excursions to nearby islands.
