Hoping to get a feel for what is in store for you if you make plans to take a windsurf vacation? Although nothing is the same as actually being there, here are a few different ways to get the most out of other people's experiences. Didn't your parents teach you that it is nice to share? Ours did, as did many of our guests who take the time to tell us all about their recent vacation. Read on to get an idea of what other people like you have experienced, and if you've been there yourself we would love to hear from you!

"By far one of the best spots! And that coming from a crappy wind week (6.5 avg. conditions). Been to Vela Aruba, Cabarete, and Maui. Margarita staff are tied with Cabarete staff! Great job guys to both locations. The help at the airport was 100% needed and appreciated. I would have been lost with out the Staff (forgot his name) member meeting me there. Plus on the return flight the checked bags were not taken off the plane in Venezula. Your Staff at the airport went above and beyond to get our bags from Columbia (where the flight went) back to Venz. in time for the connecting flight to US. I was writing off that bag forever, including all my fins and harness! But he took care of everything...which took hours! Thank God for him (I don't speak spanish). Really guys (all Vela and Partners) what a great outfit you have going! Top Notch. Won't use anything but Vela for my travel needs."

"Just finished a fantastic week at Vela Margarita. Sailed 7 out of 7 days. Last day was perfect - started at 9 am with 7.4m sail and finished the day at 4pm full on 5.0m on 85L board. Doesn't get any better! Equipment was excellent and staff were exceptional. Special thank you to Tom and Kathy. Jordan and I had a great time."
