The Blue Tile Beach House is in a superb location to visit the wonders of the island. Centrally located, this beachfront / oceanfront home lies between Maui’s two mountain ranges (Haleakala and West Maui Mountains) and is within a one mile from the greatest beaches on the north shore as well as the town of Paia, and only 10 minutes drive to Kanaha Beach Park and Kite Beach. With your choice of either a private suite, a room in a the main house with shared kitchen and living areas, or the taking over the entire property, you are sure to find just the right thing for your time on Maui.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

Located on the beachfront ... need we say more!?!? There are a variety of room options available including two private self-sufficient suites which put you literally just a stones throw from the ocean, as well as 4 rooms in the main house (called the West Wing) which provides an excellent home base with a private room plus use of shared kitchen, plus the living and entertainment room. All rooms and suites offer an absolutely perfect environment for tapping into your own beach-life lifestyle.

ROOM OPTIONS

Upstairs Oceanfront Honeymoon Suite:
This suite has a king bed and a queen futon couch in the TV area. It is carpeted soft blue, with high ceilings and a ceiling fan. There is a private luxury bathroom with a large oval shower with surround water coming from all directions. There is a complete kitchenette with granite counters. Three separate eight foot tall sliding glass doors open up to an oversized lanai that stretches around the entire oceanfront part of the apartment with a spectacular view of the beach and the West Maui Mountains. This suite is beautiful. Great for Honeymoon couples. Normal occupancy: 2 (Additional $20 per person with up to 4 guests). Maximum Occupancy 4.

Groundfloor Beachfront Suite:
This oversized suite is a bright and airy studio-style room with queen size poster bed and a queen futon couch in the living area. There is a private bathroom with a shower, sauna, and whirlpool tub and a kitchenette with granite countertops for your essential needs.  The suite has a ceiling fan and a tiled floor with sliding glass doors that lead out to a wrap-around lanai, grassy area, and the beach just steps away from your door!  A beautiful place to wake up and watch waves through the small grove of palms!  Great for honeymoon couples.  Normal occupancy: 2 (Additional $20 per person with up to 4 guests). Maximum Occupancy 4.

Sunset Room:
Lovely and bright with a queen bed and a large sliding glass door leading out to a lanai that sits above our banana patch and plumeria trees with a view of the beach, ocean, and West Maui Mountains. There is a large private bathroom with a shower and tub. This room has soft blue carpet and high ceilings with a ceiling fan. There is also use of the common kitchen, dining area, and entertainment rooms which share with the other rooms of the house. Maximum Occupancy 2.

Plumeria Room
Another bright room with soft blue carpet and high ceilings with a ceiling fan. There is a queen size bed and a large sliding glass door leading out to a lanai with a view of the beach and the West Maui Mountains, sitting atop the banana patch and the plumeria trees. A private bathroom and has a shower and tub and is accessed through the the hall. There is also use of the common kitchen, dining, and entertainment rooms which share with the other rooms of the house. Maximum Occupancy 2.

Koa Room:
This is is a small room with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, high ceilings with a ceiling fan, and soft blue carpet. On the back side of the home, there is a view of Haleakala Volcano out of the large window in the room. As soon as you walk out your bedroom door you can see the ocean view. There is also use of the common kitchen, dining room, and entertainment rooms that are shared with the other rooms of the house. The Koa room is a great room for an economy price. Maximum Occupancy 2.

Waterfall Room:
On the Ground Floor of the house right off of the dining room with queen bed, wicker night stand and desk, soft blue carpet, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with shower attached to the room. It is a small room with no view to speak of out the window, but as soon as you step out the door of the room you can see the ocean and garden fountain just as if you were in a fairy tale. The Waterfall Room is a great room on the ocean in a central location for an economy price. Maximum Occupancy 2.

OF NOTE

Guest in any of the rooms based in the main house, called the "West Wing" will have shared access to the kitchen as well as the living and entertainment rooms. If you prefer more privacy, opt for either of the suites instead.

Beach access to Tavares Bay which is right in front of the property! Note, although this is a great beachfront spot, launching is only advised for expert sailors who understand the launch and conditions at this site.
