Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for it’s romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Plus, you are only 1 minute from the highway to connect to the sailing on the North Shore a short 20 minute drive away. Or, simply cruise 5 minutes North and you can sail the launch at Sugar Beach!

All units are direct oceanfront and offer sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the beautiful Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Kihei Beach offers central air conditioning, an oceanfront pool area, gas barbeques, laundry facilities and free parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied.

1BR Oceanfront Condo:
Oversized condo with one Queen bed, 1 bath (some units have 2nd bathroom), living room and dining area, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully-equipped kitchen, patio or lanii, and direct oceanviews. Some units have a Double sofa-bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy 2 persons, or 4 in unit with sofa-bed.

2BR Oceanfront Condo:
Oversized condo with one Queen bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Single beds in another bedroom, 2 ensuite bathrooms, living room and dining area, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully-equipped kitchen, patio or lanii, and direct oceanviews. Some units have a Double sofa-bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy 4 persons, or 6 in unit with sofa-bed.

OF NOTE

ALL UNITS ARE DIRECT OCEANFRONT!

Some guests prefer to have a ground-floor unit to have easy walk-out access to the pool and to get to the beach, only a short 20 yards from your door!

Note that furnishings, appliances, and room decor are selected by the owners of each unit and will vary depending on which room you reserve.
